I was holding 919 crypterium tokens in their own crypterium
wallet. I am having them since 2017 when they started with the project. This
past Monday I received an email from the "confirming the transfer of my
funds"? - Immediately i opened their app for which you need 3 pieces of
information including a 4 digits pin that I only ( and them) know, to find out
that all my funds were gone! - Immediately I contacted them asking them to
recover my funds. Their response in addition to insulting my intelligence ( and
my age) was that " i gave out the information of my account with them to scammers”.
I told them that then the scammers must to be them because my funds were in
their custody. I was searching others similar experiences and was shock of
finding dozens of them complaining about the same situation! - It seems like
their project is not doing good so the I noticed that the second Facebook page is on
and off (obviously they pause the page for a few days and then show up again to
get more victims). Anyway it is not my case because I have live a long life,
enough to know and detect crime as this company is committing and not being
punished, obligated to refund the lost funds of their customers or shutdown as
it should be, at least in the United States.

Crypterium insiders are cashing out
their customers funds and then accuse them of giving out their information to
scammers. It is not my case as well as other several people. I told them that I
was going to expose them and share my experience with others. It was when they
begin to menace me. I reminded them that I am an US citizen and I have the
right to express my opinion and free of speech as the first amendment of our
country constitution. They have continued to threat me in despite that i have
given them the opportunity to refund me the 537 dollars by sending them through
PayPal using my email address. They do not care. Obviously they just want to
continue taking their customers money. Other people concerned about Crypterium
have also experienced that they was not able to transfer their money to their
banks. Crypterium never completes the transfer. Just transfer is completed when
the transfer is done to themselves. They present themselves as a Bank and as a
crypto currency credit card, but they do not act as such by protecting their
customers funds as any bank or credit card will do. They just blame the
customer, call them stupid’s and they keep the money. They are located in the country
of Estonia, no principals, no integrity. I am a 67 year’s old handicapped
person with low income and my little 537 dollars savings are gone to the
pockets of these scammers. Please help. I have very well documented proves of
the facts I am stating. Other bad thing they do is to create a second Facebook
page which they use to send texts through messenger showing the photo of their
customer, also the name of 3 or 4 more customers and a link, offering you to
click in that link a get free crypteriums? - They also denied that is coming
from them. They said they are scammers. If this is the case why they allow that
facebook page stay alive and do not report it to facebook? - Why they do not
email their customers warning them? - How that people get the list of the
crypterium customer’s full name? - It is obvious that this second Facebook page
is created by the original Crypterium, to then blame customers of clicking in a
fake crypterium page to steal their funds.
